Cleared plans for a day to explore options and take a chance on a new dealership. Previous dealerships left me very dissatisfied. I was very happy to see that they were open even in the horrible weather. Their online inventory seemed to be very up to date and they had exactly what I was hoping for. Left in my dream car I’ve wanted for years. Business was very friendly and transaction was nothing but smooth!

Service and service personnel are just fine. But i have a doubt: The form received after service shows all the procedures performed--by means of computer-printed green checks rather than by means of hand-written check marks by the technician. That's one step removed from the person who actually did the work, Isn't it? I see the possibility of error and/or some of the work being left out. As with my previous experience (Ford and Toyota) I'd like to know that the worker actually completed the report I see. P.S. I do not want to create one MORE password in order to submit a review.
